About the Job
IBC Advanced Technologies, Inc. (IBC) is a global company that manufactures and supplies highly selective separations systems based on Molecular Recognition Technology™ (MRT™). IBC is searching for a qualified candidate to lead the technical customer service effort to IBC’s international client base.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IBC’s technical customer service effort including interface with IBC’s chemists, chemical engineers, technical service lab and marketing team
- Work with IBC’s international customer base to implement technical solutions based on IBC’s MRT™ separation systems
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) in inorganic/physical chemistry, chemical engineering or related field with industrial experience in separations science and engineering
- Several years of experience managing a technical customer service team and working with customers to implement separation systems
- Highly developed managerial and customer service skills
